My shoes are only available by mail order. The shipping costs are always indicated in the order process.

Customs Duties & Other Fees

All costs incurred during transport (customs duty, VAT, etc.) shall be borne by the buyer.

Is it possible to return items

As I am a private artist, returns are not possible. However, if you are unhappy with my products, please contact me. We will surely find a solution.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

As described, my products are worn shoes. I do not give any guarantee. The heels show natural signs of wear and are considered purchased as seen/described in the pictures. If you don't agree, then please don't buy! My only promise is that they are the exact shoes that were used in the photo-shooting and are therefore absolutely unique.

The The FineArt print of the series of four published on Instagram is made on 190 gms William Turner-paper by Hahnenmühle. This paper is a traditional mould-made watercolour paper with a coating that is ideal for FineArt applications.
